♡ Download information:
Please allow us up to 24 hours to send file download links to your email. Promptly download and store your files. Keep in mind that we cannot access or provide links after 30 days and files are also retired after a certain amount of time.
♡ Do you offer refunds?
No refunds will be given due to the custom nature of digital designs. Please bring it to my attention if there is an issue with a seamless design not being seamless and I will promptly fix it and send the revised file to you.
♡ Who needs to purchase a license?
Anyone who plans to wholesale end products made from our designs will need to purchase a commercial license. The standard license will cover up to 200 yards/end products. If you intend to produce more than 200 products, you will need to purchase the unlimited license found here.
♡ What can I not do with your files?
You cannot share files, such as sending to your friends or sharing to dump groups. You cannot recreate files to make them as “your own.” You cannot alter files or resell files as your own. You cannot post to a group or website without cropping and watermarking the file. You cannot post for profit on websites such as spooflower. If sending a file to manufacture products over seas, you must clarify to your manufacturer that this file cannot be used by anyone besides yourself.
Fair Use Disclaimer
The site may contain copyrighted material without permission granted from the original right holders. The Fair Use Act permits limited use of copyrighted material if it falls under certain categories such as a parody. Under the Copyright Disclaimer, section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as parody, which is how most of our artwork is used. It is up to the consumer to use their best judgment when acquiring or selling products made with our designs.
